Any legal entity or individual entrepreneur can become a client of our company and conclude a contract for the provision of our services.

In this section you will find the form of a standard contract for review.

Documents required to conclude an agreement with legal entities (residents):

1. A Copy Of The Charter;
2. Copy of the Certificate of state registration;
3. A copy of the Certificate on statement on the tax account;
4. Certificate of incorporation;
5. Copy of the minutes Of the General meeting on the formation of the sole Executive body;
6. Copy of the Order on appointment of the General Director;
7. Copy of the Order on appointment of the Chief accountant;
8. A copy of the power of attorney, if the contract is signed by the counterparty is not the sole Executive body;
9. A copy of the lease of office space;
10. Copy of receipt on telecommunication channels of Accounting reports as of the last reporting date;
11. Copy of receipt on telecommunication channels of income Tax return as of the last reporting date;
12. A copy of the Receipt for the reception of the value added tax (VAT) tax return on the last reporting date via telecommunication channels;
13. A copy of the Certificate of absence of tax arrears;
14. Card containing basic registration information, phone numbers, addresses and Bank details of the Company.

Documents required for the conclusion of a contract with individual entrepreneurs:

1. Copy of identity document;
2. A copy of the Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
3. A copy of the sheet record in egrip;
4. Copy of the information letter on registration.

Documents required for signing a contract with foreign companies:

1. Copies of Constituent documents;
2. A document confirming the legal status of a legal entity under the legislation of the country in the territory of which this legal entity was created, in particular, documents confirming its state registration;
3. Document confirming the authority of the person to sign the contract;
4. Documents confirming the powers of the sole Executive body of the legal entity;
5. A copy of the power of attorney, if the contract is signed by the counterparty is not the sole Executive body;
6. Approval of the governing bodies, if it is mandatory.
